DESCRIPTION
TalkInBio is a platform for creating and sharing AI chatbots for creators. Think LinkTree meets ChatGPT. It allows creators to create a virtual personalized version of themself that their audience can engage with in minutes.

CHALLENGES
Outside of all the technical challenges, the biggest challenge was definitely distribution. Other challenges unique to AI were: 1) onboarding for a product like this requires a lot of trust and time which most users were note willing to give to an unknown brand. 2) Because TalkInBio would be a representation of the creator, there was still a lot of skepticism from creators about the quality of the chatbot.
APPROACH
Developed a custom AI chatbot training and RAG pipeline to train the chatbot on the creator's content. Building MVPs fast and iterating quickly on key features and concerns while working with creators.
